I had an excellent experience during an emergency orthodontic appointment that could have easily been stressful and overwhelming. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly accommodating and understanding of the urgency of my situation. They were able to fit me in quickly, which I truly appreciated. The Plish was professional, calm, and highly skilled. She took the time to explain what had happened with my daughters orthodontic issue and walked me through the steps they would take to fix it. I never felt rushed, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. What stood out most was her attention to detail and genuine care. She didn’t just address the immediate problem—she also checked to make sure everything else looked good and gave helpful advice to prevent future issues. Overall, I’m very grateful for the prompt and high-quality care I received. I would absolutely recommend Plish to anyone needing urgent orthodontic or dental care.

Far best my favorite dentist since moving to Washington state!!! Been coming here for 2 years now! And always recommend to my family friends. Always had the best experience with Ms.plush explaining everything and showing us how to take care of gums and teeth. I have had her every time my daughter has came and my daughter is always excited! She is amazing with the kids!!! Norma in front desk is also always helpful is welcoming with happy attitude when checking you in! Over all all office staff is always nice and amazing with the kids!! 100% recommend! Don’t forget communication is key! They can always help accommodate if you communicate with them! They also follow up and send constant reminder of appts.

My girls had their first appointment here at Kids Choice Dental! I would highly recommend this Dental Office. The Staff were super helpful & sweet, and gentle with my girls. They told me, “mommy I really like this dental place.” So that made me feel happy that I picked out the right one for them, they felt comfortable! ☺️ Thank you so much Kids Choice Dental!

We had a visit with my two little cousins today at Kids Choice Dental our dental hygienist was Anya and our dentist was Dr Soekirman. Both of the women were very gentle kind and patient with my youngest cousin who Is just turned 4 and only on her second visit to a Dentist. The first visit did not go well. These two individuals should be held on a pedestal as their patience and understanding of a child who has never been to the Dentist and had a bad experience the first time (with other people) was Beyond amazing and the patience Anya showed my four-year-old cousin this afternoon goes above and beyond what I saw when we were here the first time I really appreciate her understanding the situation and working with us to make it a better experience this time, even going so far as to waiting on the x-rays and allowing us to do the cleaning first, to see if things go better and it did. Everything went so smoothly and my little cousin was smiling the whole time never dropped a tear! I have to admit after the first visit to the same location six months earlier, it wasn’t pleasant and I didn’t like how things were handled. We had such a wonderful experience at this dental clinic, and I truly feel the need to share how amazing the team is. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with so much warmth, kindness, and genuine care. The atmosphere is calm, friendly, and comforting — not stressful like many medical places can be, especially for children. The staff were incredibly patient, gentle, and attentive. They didn’t just treat us like “another appointment” — they treated us like people. They took the time to talk, explain everything clearly, and made sure both I and my child felt comfortable and safe. What touched me the most was how beautifully they interacted with my son. They spoke to him kindly, respectfully, and calmly, making him feel relaxed instead of scared. They created such a positive and trusting environment for him, and as a mom, that means everything to me. Seeing my child feel safe and calm at a dental appointment is truly priceless. The professionalism, compassion, and human warmth of this team are something special. You can really feel that they care — not only about teeth, but about people.
